AI Content for Social Media — Tools + Simple Workflow

AI can write your captions, scripts and product blurbs in minutes — but only if you run it like a system, not a magic button. Here's a workflow that works.
Step 1: Write one brand brief
Before any tool, note your brand voice in 5 lines: who you are, who you serve, tone (fun? expert?), and 3 words you never use. Every AI prompt starts from this. Keeps output on-brand.
Step 2: Pick a small tool stack
- Chat tool for drafts (captions, email, blog outlines).
- Design tool for quick graphics (Canva-style).
- Scheduler to queue a week ahead.
You don't need ten apps. Three is enough.
Step 3: Batch create
One sitting, 10-15 captions from your brief. Edit lightly — keep them human. Schedule across the week. This is the single habit that beats "I'll post tomorrow" forever.
Step 4: Human check
AI sounds generic if unedited. Add one real detail per post: a result, a customer line, your opinion. That's what makes people trust you over a faceless account.
Step 5: Measure, repeat
Check which posts get saves/shares, not just likes, and do more of those. Authentic behind-the-scenes content often performs better than polished studio shots — the format you can test directly in your own feed.
The rule
AI does the first draft. You do the judgment. Never auto-post without a 30-second read.
