Open Agent provides digital marketing and web development services including Meta Ads management, Shopify development, AI automation, AI agents, AI content and website development. The exact scope is agreed per project proposal before any work begins.
Plans are billed monthly in PKR, paid in advance. Ad spend (e.g. Meta Ads budget) is separate from service fees and paid by the client directly to the ad platform. Late payment beyond 7 days may pause work.
The client provides timely access to accounts (ad manager, store, analytics), accurate business information, and payment. Delays caused by missing access are not Open Agent's responsibility.
We apply best-practice strategy and daily optimization, but digital marketing results depend on market conditions, product, budget and competition. Specific sales, ROAS or lead numbers are not guaranteed.
A 4-day money-back guarantee applies from the start of a new plan: if you are not satisfied within the first 4 days, you receive a full refund of the service fee, no questions asked. After 4 days, service fees are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
Deliverables created for a paid client belong to the client upon full payment. Open Agent may showcase anonymized results in its portfolio.
Open Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant month.
