Service fees paid after the 4-day window are non-refundable. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle — you keep access until the period ends.
This policy covers Open Agent service fees only. Ad-platform budgets (Meta, Google) and software subscriptions are paid by the client directly to those platforms and are outside this refund policy.
